Returns and Exchanges

Returns

•⁠  ⁠Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. 

•⁠  ⁠Store credit will be issued for returns, allowing you to re-purchase an alternative item. 

•⁠  ⁠Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.  

No refunds are provided for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

•⁠  ⁠Galli the Label is not responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

•⁠  ⁠We do not hold items for exchange. Store credit will be issued once we receive the returned item, and you can re-purchase your desired item.  

•⁠  ⁠For urgent exchanges, purchase the replacement item in advance. 

Condition of Return
•⁠  ⁠Garments must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains. Tags must be attached, and the original packaging should be included. 

•⁠  ⁠Jewelry must be returned in its original undamaged box and in the same condition as delivered. 

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
