Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Free express shipping on orders over $150 AUD
• Standard Shipping: $7.99 AUD
• Express Shipping: $9.99 AUD

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (AEST), excluding public holidays.
Processing begins the next business day after purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. Galli The Label is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to customer input errors.

Orders marked as delivered by the courier are considered successfully delivered and cannot be replaced or refunded.

Estimated delivery time (Australia Post Express): 1–3 business days depending on location.

International Shipping

• Shipping costs typically range between $28–$40 AUD depending on destination.
• Free express international shipping on orders over $500 AUD.
• Delivery timeframe: 1–7 business days via DHL Express.

Duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible returns will be issued as store credit, allowing you to select another item of your choice.

We do not provide refunds for:
• change of mind
• incorrect sizing selection
• delayed delivery caused by courier

Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be:
• unworn
• unwashed
• unstained
• with tags attached
• in original packaging

Jewellery must be returned in original box and condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty Policy

Galli The Label guarantees its products against manufacturing defects for 90 days from purchase date.

If a product is deemed faulty due to manufacturing error, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Warranty claims must include proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:
• normal wear and tear
• accidental damage
• improper care
• misuse or storage damage
